School...

I had my first class yesterday. It was ok. I am going to have to bust hump in that class. FIN 3013 is going to be crazy.

Today I had MGMT 3013. That class wasn't that bad.

I have ACC 3013 tomorrow. I am not sure what to expect.

I have ACC 3023 on Thursday. I have the same teacher for this class as I have for ACC 3013.

Here's my schedule...
FIN 3013 - M - 6:00 PM
MGMT 3013 - T - 6:00 PM
ACC 3013 - W - 6:00 PM
ACC 3023 - Th - 6:00 PM

All my classes are at night. That's a trip. I may get a part-time job up at the school, if I can.

Grades

I got my grades from last semester. I got all As.

ECO 2023 - A
ACC 2043 - A
ACC 3103 - A
MATH 3003 - A

Now, my GPA is 3.83. Yea!

I got the Dean's List again this semester. That's the second time.

I am ready for another semster.

Fourth of July Fun

Well, yesterday was the fourth of July. We had so much fun down here on the farm. One of the guys who works for my grandfather BBQed. It was off the chain. Everyone within a 100 miles had to be here. We had all kinds of games, music, and dancing.

Some kind of way, I ended up managing the dunking booth. It was one guy that no one could dunk. Finally, Keren with her silly self just went over the the dunking arm and pushed it. He must have chased Keren for three miles.

My grandfather and some of his friends sung for us at the end of the day. It was cool.

Farmer's Market

We went to the farmer's market this past weekend. Keren and I got to sell some of the fruit that we helped grow. We sold all of the fruit we had. I was shocked when my grandparents let us keep the money that we made. That was so cool.

I'm A Farm Girl

I have been working on my grandparent's farm in Uzziah.  It's been hard, but it has been fun.  I need a manicure something fierce.  After the first couple of days of working on the farm, I slept like a log.  I was so tired.  I think I have adjusted to the schedule.  We wake up at 6:00 AM.  We went to the farmer's market.  Keren and I sold a lot of stuff.  It was cool.

We are at the library.  We get to quit early on Wednesday s because we go to church.  Church has been crazy.  The pastor, Rev. Melvin is like 102 years-old.  I almost fell asleep on Sunday during the service.  The musician is like 99 years-old.  Most of the choir members are over 60 years-old.  Keren and I are the two youngest people at the church.  That is too funny.

There are some fine farm hands on the farm.  My grandfather has been tripping; calling us fast and stuff because we have been talking to them.  My grandmother told him to leave us alone.  My grandfather says that we are stopping them from working.  Maybe if we slow them down enough, we won't have to work outside.  That would be cool.

I think I have drunk a barrel of water since I have been down here.  The good thing is that I have lost 4 pounds.  I don't know how though because we have been eating some big old fashioned down home meals.

I am glad that I came down here.  It's been fun.

In Uzziah

I am at the Uzziah public library. As you can see from the opening, I am in Uzziah. I may not be able to post much because my grandparents don't have a computer.
It's okay down here. It's good that Keren is here with me. It has been hot these few days. Tomorrow, we start working on the farm. I am dreading that.

Going to Uzziah

It's official. I am going to Uzziah to visit my father's parents. I am not sure that I want to do that. They have a farm down there. They sell what they grow at the Southern Ivy farmer's market. They are excited about me coming. They haven't seen me since in like 3 years. I am a little excited. Keren said that she would go to Uzziah with me. We are going to be down there for a month. We will be leaving on June 12th. We will be coming back on July 12th.

Do they have computers on farms?

It's Over!

Well, finals are over. I am going to clean out my dorm room, pack up my things, and then head home. I am so happy.

I should be getting all As. I am excited that this semester is over. I don't plan on attending Summer School.

My mother wants me to go visit my grandparents for a couple of weeks this summer. I am not sure that I want to go work on a farm this summer. I am going to see if Keren wants to go with me. I hope she does.

Anyway, I don't know how often I will be posting this summer.

Finals Have Started

Finals have started. I had one yesterday. I had one today. I have one on Thursday and one on Friday.

Keren is still mad at me for not helping her study.

What more does she want... I have given her my class notes, revised notes, and all kinds of study aids. She should be able to study on her own. I think she just feels better when she has someone there to hold her hand. I know, I shouldn't talk about her like that, but she is tripping.

Oh well, back to studying. I will be glad when this week is over.

FINALS WEEK!!!

Things are crazy around here. I have four finals next week. They are in Economics 2023, Accounting 2043, Accounting 3103, and Math 3003. I am about ready to scream. I should be getting all As. I am studying like crazy this week. I haven't talked to anyone, Keren included. She is mad at me. She left me a nasty message on my voice mail. Oh well.

I will be glad when this week is over.
