We are having a Valentine Sweetheart Dance (VSD) at the school. I told Keren that I wanted to go. She is going with her boyfriend, EBB. She laughed at me and then said, "Why don't you ask ole boy from your class to go with you?" I looked at her like she was crazy.

Well, on last week, Dilliard walked up to me after class and said, "I heard you wanted to go the dance with me." I stared at him. I couldn't say anything. He said, "Well, do you wanna go with me or not?" I managed to give him a yes. He smiled and handed me a piece of paper with his number on it. He said, "Call me." He walked off.
